Well, I didn’t think it was possible but the beloved Bourdeaux kiddos are more wonderful and more goofy than last year. Really. I think the kiddos are even rubbing off on their dad, Paul, who humored me with a few goofy faces this year.

Lauren: West Fargo’s super sports star/all American beauty. That pretty much Miss Lauren in a nutshell :) During our entire session, Lauren seemed to be having a decent, good, fun time. But, at the end, when that soccer ball came out, I could really see the true Lauren. Focused, alert and totally passionate. What a joy to witness.
Our first session was in the studio and our natural light studio. A week or so later, I met up with Lauren at Vogel Lawfirm in downtown Fargo where her dad works. We then headed to Island Park. We had a great time!

This workshop for the new photographer with a DSLR who is intimidated by or wants to learn more about how their camera and lens works, how to properly measure exposure so you can be free of the automatic mode and how to better compose images.
Topics we’ll cover include:
We’ll cover these topics in a class setting, go out with our cameras and apply what we’ve learned, and then review the photos we’ve made. And don’t be afraid! I’m not here to talk down to you, I’m here to talk with you to give you the confidence to take chances and make photographs you’ll be proud of.
What won’t we do? This class isn’t for somebody who wants to learn how to take photos just like Milestones Photography. Instead, my goal is to teach you to be a better photographer so you can find your own visual voice. Your perspective is unique and you should express it!

The only way to describe Cierra, a former student of Dave’s and a fellow Fargo-Moorhead photographer (she owns Phormula Photo Studio), on her wedding day is super, super, super hot. I mean really… she had an adorable tea length dress, striking hot pink locks and a killer personality to go with it. As for Adam, he was suave, classic and cool. Together, they made one incredibly fun and good looking pair. Their wedding matched beautifully and thanks to a great group of friends and family, their day may go down in history as one of the most fun we’ve ever attended. It was a rockin’ good time.
The entire wedding day was a downtown affair with both the ceremony and reception at the gorgeous Avalon Event Center in downtown Fargo. We joined the lovely couple there as they were getting ready.
Once again it’s time to celebrate the most spooktacular of holidays! Join us for Photoween 3 at Milestones Photography and go home with some beautiful photo files to print or post online.
